golab curates is the new department of golab dedicated to the activation of special projects and curated collaborations between brands, artists, universities, communities, media, and social organizations.

Its mission is to enhance the cultural identity of brands through creative formats capable of generating aesthetic, editorial, and social impact.

x Autry

The iconic and timeless Autry sneaker, ‘The Medalist’, is updated with pop color accents and varsity-inspired details. The ready-to-wear pieces and accessories are emblazoned with a logo that perfectly captures this Ivy League spirit. The collaboration combines Maison Kitsuné’s expressive youthful energy with Autry’s sporty heritage, resulting in a playful collection with timeless appeal.

Superlight event
Napapijri

Napapijri presented its Skidoo Super Light collection at Carte Blanche in the Palais de Tokyo, collaborating with Argentinian artist Tomás Saraceno. The launch combined fashion, large-scale installations, and live music with a curated mix of French and international DJs, creating an immersive cultural experience. Rooted in the concept “No fur. No down. Just warmth”, the project reflects Napapijri’s progressive and sustainable approach to fashion, proving that creativity and responsibility can drive both cultural impact and business success.

Jukebox!
Triennale Milano & SCF

SCF Consorzio Fonografici and Golab presented Juke Box! at Triennale Milano. The project reimagined the jukebox as a social device for the digital age, with prototypes created by students from NABA, Central Saint Martins, TU Delft, and Bezalel Academy. The exhibition combined design, music, and interaction, launching in Milan and continuing as the Music Bus, a travelling installation across Italy. Juke Box! showcased how creativity and innovation can transform music into a platform for collective experience and cultural dialogue.

Sara Ravello
x Y/project

For the launch of the Y/Project x Canada Goose capsule at MODES Milano, artist Sara Ravelli created a site-specific installation using the same materials as the collection. Her work deconstructed the garments and reinterpreted the human body—focusing on hands, feet, and other peripheral elements—as sensitive extensions of clothing. Blending fashion, sculpture, and spatial design, the project transformed the store into an immersive environment that reflected and expanded the capsule’s experimental spirit.

Jonathan Monaghan
x Visionnaire

For Milan Design Week 2022, Visionnaire collaborated with digital artist Jonathan Monaghan on Apollo Belvedere: a life-size Carrara marble bust paired with a 3D animated NFT. Blending craftsmanship, classical heritage, and digital innovation, the project marked Visionnaire’s debut in the NFT space with a focus on sustainability.

Tokyo Creative Salon
x IED

Golab built a bridge between the Italian fashion schools IED and Politecnico di Milano, and Tokyo Creative Salon, the festival centered around fashion and design. Emerging designers were invited to Japan to collaborate with their peers in creating exclusive pieces presented during the 2025 edition of the festival.
