Golab is a full-service creative agency with a focus on marketing, creativity, production and digital. Founded by Giorgio Bartoli in 1998, we are located in the heart of Brera, the art & culture district of Milan.

Our methods consist in building a close relationship with the brands we work with, understanding their medium-term strategy, tone of voice and expectations. We conceive and develop each project on the basis of the client’s needs and objectives, drawing inspiration from our very individual approach and multicultural team.

Our purpose is not to be the best at anything, we prefer to work hard to improve our skills and, with that, our services. Our greatest priority is the happiness and satisfaction of the people who work at Golab and with Golab.

We strive to act responsibly every day, we encourage respect for all people and ideas, we believe transparency in processes, creations, assessments and feedback is vital, we are learning to be truly sustainable (and we still have lot to learn).



Embedded in the agency’s DNA since day one, creativity is not only a service but a mindset we look for in all our collaborators. Generating related ideas, thinking out of the box and challenging the status quo make Golab the ideal environment for fruitful brainstorming. Marketing covers a broad spectrum of activities, and yet the Golab marketing team is experienced enough to handle them all. We can start the conversation on a blank page, defining the 4 P’s and deciding on the best strategy to shape a brand for new generations of consumers. Or we can hold a crash course for an existing brand, product or category and respond to a clear brief for market activations. There is no challenge we cannot rise to, with a smile on our face.
